WHAT IS IT? The beginning of construction for a building that will house a Winking Lizard Bar and Grille and several other tenants at Washington Square in North Canton.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW? The building is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2013, said Beth Borda, spokeswoman for McKinley Development, which will own the building. Central Catholic High School graduate Fred Kobzowicz and his two Cleveland-based partners will lease the space.
AND ANOTHER THING: Borda said the building will house four tenant suites, including the Winking Lizard. She said there are prospects for two more spaces, and one 1,400-square-foot space is available.
