 More than 3,600 American Electric Power customers remain without power after early morning thunderstorms swept through Stark, Tuscarawas and Carroll counties.  As of 8:30 a.m., the American Electric Power Co. was reporting nearly 270 homes and businesses without power in Stark County, about 3,300 in Tuscarawas County and about 100 in Carroll County Wednesday morning, according to the AEP website at
